Cannot disagree with anything.... add to yours....

It takes the local council 9 months to process most application - no matter how simple.

Aussie really believe big stores can knock 60% off...

I have some filipino friends near Sydney who are trying to ship about 1 cubic meter at a cost less than DHL!!

Just wondering if anybody is planning to ship a load to Manila or Cebu would have...

I would suggest if you do decide to use an agent, give thought to using one in your nearest town or city...its easier visit with documents or problems.

This is all sound information - but we did similar things an dwhen the teh John mason packers came in... they re-packed everything into their own boxes. What we had in plastic storge tubs was sifted...

John Mason told us that they deliver "door to door" and verbally mentioned within 100miles of Sydney ( in our case).
