Quantitative easing is what you do to create inflation (and lower the value of the currency) once you have already lowered interest rates as far as you can.

The RBNZ would want to lower interest...

The Kiwi dollar is a free-floating currency, so the NZ government cannot 'devalue' it.

I presume this is in a privately-run 'Emergency Clinic'? Hospital Emergency Departments don't charge.

Ambulance charges vary by region - they are free in Wellington.
