Yes, shock horror, NZ does have the same problems as everywhere else!
Agree, stupid advice regarding the two drinks. I don't get drink driving....even as a poor student I would pay $30 for a taxi to get home from town (10+ years ago!). Not sure how you get into the heads of idiots who do it (all over the world).
