We're open to suggestions for location etc ..anyone got any good ideas? Speers Point park mentioned before or there's Newcastle foreshore with beach,playground (may be a bit busy at w/end) and cafes...

we thought we were stuffed in NSW because of the residency rule but it appears we would have been in QLD too cos of the owning property elsewhere too..

re NSW: we became residents 10 days after...

yep - could tell from attitude of guys who stopped us that they wanted to give out a ticket - and this was only thing they could do it for (on that day)

as we couldn't afford an agent we used a combination of our own research and an on-line advisor who you could fire a few qs a day to - cost a fraction of agent fees

and it worked for us: ENS...
