here here, very well said, i agree with quite a few of the comments made on this thread, but I truly believe a lot of the reasons for leaving/returning to the UK are to do with your own...

Asolutely and can't wait :wub: we lived in IOM for 10 yrs before coming to this dump, married there had kids there. The kids after 5 yrs here still consider themselves Manx they are 10 and 12 and...

You are so right, it means very little if your not happy or settled.

House is difficult to sell as market crap and everybody wants a bargain we are considering dropping our price at least $50,000...

We are both in our 40's with 2 kids of 10 and 12 have lived in NZ for nearly 5yrs and totally agree with Crap Coffee. We are soooo bored of this place are heading home as soon as house sells;)

I would seriously look into Oz before moving there...it may have slightly higher wages but also has crime and...

Those of your that are selling in UK etc, have you consider other options such as house swaps. We are considering going back to Isle of Man and are in the same position as alot of people out there...
