We have just got back from CE. We had a hire car from Faro and as we got in late at night decided to use the A22. No problems with paying the toll at the VSRA post office, quite painless really....

My bank arranged my original insurance with Mapfre, I have just done the renewal on-line through Intasure in the UK and reduced the price by a third.:thumbup:
