I concluded that there is some magic in Wait and patience .... In july I hardly checked the status of my application ... and one day I it worked.

Hi,

If someone is in Australian on PR and his Australian employer send him on task/job out side Australia for few months or a year .. Does this outside australia period will count towards...

I guess you can make the correction in marriage certificate and I think its legal anywhere in the world to make correction in any document on the basis of proof.

Visa label is even not necessary becuase Australian Immigration department has information of all the...

I think - Pre grant is only issued if you have applied from Onshore i.e from Australia and you are still in australia at the time of visa grant .. and pre grant means first leave the australia then...

Normaly its one year from the date of issue of PCC or medical which ever is earlier. i.e if your PCC is issued on 4th Sept 08 then you must enter on or before 4th Sept 09 .... its written on you...

If you change your passport after the visa grant and stamp of visa then you simply get it stamped on your new passport by sending...

correct.

I furstrated that there is no decision on the application yet .... all the docs are met . nothing is required furthur and its more then a month in the queue of decision after allocation...

Anyone whose documents are in 'Met' status from May 2009 and later on contacted by CO ?

My docs were met on 5/5/09 and as per PLE I have a CO and she/he is furthur processing the...

Any one know the contact number for DIAC (ASPC) to dial from outside australia.

+61 1300 364 613 is not responding when I dial from outside australia.

It usualy appear under this... as .. where xxxx is a date of action

XXXX 'Application received - processing commenced'
XXXX Fee received
XXXX Application being processes...
