I totally agree with Debbie. I know quite a few MARA agents in India who during the first meeting seem to be the sweetest people on earth, have all the contacts in DIAC, and promise so many things...

Ok guys, i reckon i have got into the mindset of DIAC now.

I think, for 475's from LR countries, one needs to wait for a period of 9-10 months to get the grant letter, and for 475's from HR...

Definitely yes, as long as the credit limit in his credit card exceeds the payment he needs to make to DIAC while paying for his own self.

Yes, he can if he's willing to do so. In fact u can request anyone of ur friends to pay DIAC fee through their credit cards.
