sunset point is ok for swimming in summer all rock no sand, in winter you are close to the ski hills blue mountain, and georgian peaks. im not sure if the other one is private...

for the walls try the vanish white sponge they kind of dye the wall back to the paint just dont rub toooooooo hard or the paint comes off i used it with red wine on the wall and it worked great ...

or a bit of viniger with it if you use a glass bowel clean it out after as it might break if you leave it to long.
