I see you're in QLD. If they're over 65 and not working full time, and permanent residents of QLD, they can apply for a State Government Seniors card which will give them government concessions...

The Dahrl Court Apartments in Spring Hill are really nice. We stayed in one of their heritage townhouses, and got a good deal through www.wotif.com

I work a 9 day fortnight. Extra 50 minutes each day which I hardly notice, then an extra week day off once a fortnight. This is the way forward.....

It's OFT in QLD you need to speak to. Once you've put a complaint in writing to the store and have not had a satisfactory response, you can make a written complaint to OFT (forms on their website)...
