457 to permenant residency

We have applied for sponsered permenant residency (currently on 457). We have been told that after 1 year our medicals from 457 expire and we need to have new ones ?? If so when do they tell us to...

we live in Albany Creek which is actually in Pine Rivers. It is adjacent to Mcdowall and Bridgeman downs but i think has a more community feel and lots of parkland. There are 2 primary schools and...

If you hold a 457 visa and then apply for the permenant residency visa whilst living in Australia do you have to leave the country and then return to validate the visa?

i think you can apply for residency after 6 months. With the 457 you can get an 8o% mortgage only.

there is a meet up on 9th September at Sandagte/brighton at 25th Avenue (next to Deagon bridge) 1030 bring BBQ/picnic. I don't know how many people are scottish but you are very welcome.

Prices are definately on the up. We are just buyng a 6000sq.M plot near Caboolture, the further out you go from Brisbane the more you get but plots this size are rare. At Warner for example the...
