we shipped over 2 tv's. the brand new 42inch plasma only works with a digital set top box! but our other tv which is about 5 yrs old works fine! pot luck I think.

Very spookily the inlaws have just received a letter from POPC asking for payment! So shouldn't be much longer til their visa is granted!!

Well funny you should say that cos my in laws have just got a case officer!!!!
They applied for a 143 CPV on 22nd Aug 07.
Hope this brings some hope for others!

I just thought i'd let u know that my in laws have just got a CO!! they applied 22 aug (i think).

What is the general time frame from CO to visa grant with CPV's?

Thanks for the replies guys, i've contacted dogtainers and waiting for a quote. I think sorting the dog out is one of the hardest and most expensive bits of emigrating:eek:

I got their name too from Airpets (got a quote from them to get dog to oz)
i've emailed them and waiting to hear so will let you know what they say!

you've probably got another few months before you get a CO anyway, i waited 9 months to get one!!! so you might have the baby before you get a CO....
