a couple of years ago there was a craft fair and ice rink. but as every where cuts been made. Not even as many Christmas lights as we used to have here.

Do you make your own cards? I have just discovered this new hobby and really enjoy making them for family and friends. Busy with Christmas cards at the moment

Yes Kathi does a very good mosaic workshop on fridays at Esuri golf, but it isn't a craft fair where anyone sells anything. You need to mostly go into Portugal for those. Also most of the car boots...

re tolls. all booths near the bridge use cards not cash.
you can pay cash at the services at Olhao but only once per week.
You can pay cash at the post office in Vila Real de Santo Antonio....

we are in Ayamonte. my husband just been outside. from here looking over to black sky. The river has a red reflection. Our terrace is getting ash on the tables.Goodness knows how it feels over there.

Recently we needed to obtain NIE for our son. We were told by the town hall people that we would have to go to Huelva. Only Spanish can do this at a police station.

Have you tried the Lady who has a shop upstairs in the indoor market. You will need some Spanish. I have had lots of clothes alterations done there and I know she has made chair covers for some one.

No experience with dogs here as we have cats.

Had a look at the doggie toilet. You would need to clean everyday as we do with the cat's litter tray, especially in the heat.
