I have noticed most nights around 10 ish a man appears at the corner of the street and lets a dog wander down and foul in front of the houses on this street. Do you think he might like it if I wander up behind him and let my dog do her business at his door or maybe I should stand by, wait till the dog does it business then scoop it up and take it up to him ? !

Missed him ! Right opposite my door
Why do people do that, no consideration for other people letting their dog foul anywhere but their own door.

completely agree. there is a man on our complex on CE (he happens to be one of the only permanent residents and is (I think) Spanish, although that doesn't make any difference) who lets his dog out of the garden every day and allows it to foul wherever it wants to, even around the swimming pool. disgusting ...

There was a brilliant commercial a few years ago. Man appears at front door coming out of house, morning, pyjamas with paper under his arm.
Squats on his doorstep and does 'it'
Slogan ' you wouldnt do it on your doorstep - so why let your dog do it' -
Great!!
One can have a load of money - flash car and posh labels on the clothes, fancy home...... but if one lets their best friend (= dog) out to foul and don't pick it up - they in my opinion - they are an extremely low class person!
Soapbox is back!

Aye I could easily get on my soapbox about this disgusting habit by some dog owners. Dog mess pickup is no real hassle, my family are visiting soon and the last thing I want is somebody else's dog poo trod on and brought in my house !
or my grandchildren getting it on themselves.
If by any chance anybody recognises themselves from this post please can you think how you would feel if my dog was allowed to make a hot steaming pile of shite at your door and I stood by and let it happen and walked away ignoring the fact.

If the dog is a brown boxer it lives at number 16. The owners are Spanish

Hi Sue, no it is not a brown boxer. A rough/longer haired light coloured dog than a boxer.
They may not live in this urbanization, may come down the stairs to stand at the corner opposite number 8 and wait while the dog does it business at others doors. Not very nice at all.

The dog is still being allowed to foul in front of others houses. I am led to believe it may live on the same Urb as me. I know the dogs name and have been told it goes for other dogs, all the more reason for it to be on a lead as it should be. The owner/walker stands at the corner and uses his phone.
It really is not very neighbourly nor considerate to allow your dog or one you are responsible for to foul and not clean up

I think I'd be tempted to pick it up and go and dump them on his doorstep - maybe when he's stood in it a few times he may think twice and pick it up xxxxx

Can you not take this up with the management company if you find out where he lives. I am sure they would write to him and probably shame him into picking the mess up. I agree that dog fowling is revolting if not picked up. I am sure there must be some sort of rule about it. If not maybe one should be introduced?
Have fun with the little 'uns though.
