They sell boxes of nappy sacks, have a hunt around the nappy section.

Meradona have dog poo bags in stock, just been in store. I could not see any nappy bags but wonder if they keep them in a different place to where we expect to find them. I looked beside food bags ( cheap clear bags avail) feminine hygiene and the baby section though.

Can you not take this up with the management company if you find out where he lives. I am sure they would write to him and probably shame him into picking the mess up. I agree that dog fowling is revolting if not picked up. I am sure there must be some sort of rule about it. If not maybe one should be introduced?

Good idea to ask if there is an Administration company (as opposed to a Property Management company) for your urbanization. They can advise what steps need be taken, and relay the complaint directly to the President of the Neighbourhood Association/Asociación de Vecinos (if you have one).
Keep it neighbourly; involve the Ayuntamiento as a last resort IMO. Make sure your own doggie does not take the blame.

If you take a picture of this man with his dog when doing his necessities, bring it to the local police or townhall and put a claim. They will identify the owner and send him a nice 750€00 gift...

As stated further back in the thread, the two are never connected, the man stays at the top of the brae and dog wonders off to do what it wants.
There has been no more poo which has been fantastic, I hope it stays that way.
The couple with the boxer are very good at cleaning up along this street.

No sign up, maybe word got round about the new stance by the local council. The man I spoke with in the Ayuntamiento was very helpful
