Hi and welcome. Not heard of any wedding planners sorry, there are few florists in many areas of Spain mainly found near the cemetery or in town centre sometimes part of a gift shop. Do you know Ayamonte ? There are two florists I know of, one by the cemetery in Calle Arrecife, I think it is and one behind the fish market in town facing the teatro. Many weddings are held in 'celebration' venues which are hired for the event, they are sometimes not used unless a function is on. I think you hire the venue and can add extras like catering and bands/ bars, they may have a list of bands they use. You could try hotels down at Isla Canela to see if they do weddings also the Ayamonte Parador. There is a conference centre in town which may have facilities for weddings Ayamonte Centre is called.
There are some bands that play around the area, you could try Dave Bynoe on here ( you will need 3 posts before you can PM people) he is a musician involved with a few bands there are a few more, Gary Vesey, he has a FB page I think also George Allen both musicians. If you contact them then maybe they will know more about weddings in the area.

I believe that getting the relevant paperwork can be a problem.
One place that can definitely do Civil weddings is La Sonrisa on Canela Beach
Here is a link to their Facebook page They can probably cope with 100 Max

To eliminate any paperwork problems try Gibraltar ... plenty wedding planners, photographers and venues and I would think bands to hire. The Alameda Gardens are beautiful and have several areas you can hire. We were married in The Dell.

Depending on budget/numbers you should find an excellent location... On the beach, country, hilltop etc. Just pick a favourite location, and ask the boss.
I've rented out an entire bar for a private do all food included and even with all the drinks the price was great! Surprisingly so.
I'm also surprised at the cost for a bottle of 'marque' Champagne about HALF the price of France, where it comes from.
I know you specified Ayamonte - and there are a LOT there to try... Chiringuitos... Restos etc. There has been a wedding at 19h also.. And the GC should be open for ideas also. I don't think you would have a problem with a beach wedding for example and there's plenty of choice.
I've also seen a fantastic wedding at the O Infante2/Panoramico terrace wow - overlooking the ocean, and now with the equally scenic bar next door (Guarita) a stunning location for views. You could do a deal as they are the same co.
I'm sure eg Dom Petiscos with its wonderful riverside terrace would be open to a discussion. All the places in MF would be interested I'm sure.
All the hotels in MG would be open to ideas..... And all places might also help with say flowers, transport etc.... But I doubt you'll get a wedding planner... But save the money and have a couple of fun DIY trips
renting bus/minibus transport should be no problem. You could even rent out a boat w music.... Private and head up river for the reception and include a zip wire ride across the river. Come back somewhere for the evening.
I truly believe that with some imagination and no fear to ask the question you will find people will really want the business.... And leave you with wonderful memories!!
Good luck
Jon
PS check out the Restaurant thread for ideas.
PPS great thread title
Reminds me of a line from a movie 'lose it gracefully'

If you post 3 times people can private message you. Just thinking you may get more information that way. Anyway all the best with your wedding.

Hi Catherine,
You might also wish to consider one of the large restaurant/chiringuitos on the beach outside of Isla Cristina. "La Gola", right on the beach, is frequently booked for all types of receptions, can accommodate larger groups and is relatively close to Ayamonte. I think there is also a chapel close to it. It is very local, Spanish and the food is generally good.
best wishes and regards,
George
