We had been looking at barbados and have recently moved our search to grenada but nothing definite in the pipeline just yet. Credit crunch has hit my savings.:thumbdown:

Thanks foxy, always looking for nice places to eat especially if they are pretty and historic. Not sure if my wife would enjoy it though as she is vegetarian but good to know anyway.:D

Managed to move all my work for a week so we can get a week in the sunshine.

Anyone know of anything new we should check out or anything old that we maybe haven't.

Just checked the flights online and looks like the last flights are 4 nov 2008 for both barbados and st lucia.

That maybe explains why they have been recently flying via each other.

So, say I wanted to purchase a couple of properties, one to live in and one to rent out. Would I have to declare that as a business and would I need a need a work permit for this?

It worked out about the same price if the ratio is 4 bbds to 1 gbp.
