im on a 857 regional migrant visa . sponsored by an employer. there is a condition on it to stay in the sponsored position for two years .
has any one tested this and how do dima police it ?

most of the work in perth is sand and cement internal with skim . but as a former plasterer myself most of us are solid or why would we do it

all new houses have to have insulation to comply with the BCA ( building code australia ) the bigger problem here is the sizes of windows which let all the heat out

all i can say is i am living hear now icome from oldham and i dont think you guys know whet rough is have you been to toxteh,dingle ordsall,cheethamhill, werneth.derker miles platting failsworth ....

watch out for roos if driving in the dark or at dusk . a family hit one this week and wrote the car off and rolled it
