I live by the Surfers Paradises golf club and its less than ten minutes to the motorway then 10 minutes to the Coomera junction. I have worked in Brisbane for the past 4 years and do the journey...

I would live central Gold Coast and be nearer to the beaches. I live in Broadbeach Waters and I am at the Coomera junction on the motorway within 20 minutes in the morning. Its only a difference of...

If you had read my earlier posts I leave at 4.45am every day.....have been doing it for years, as I said before....from Broadbeach Waters an hour and from the northern end about 50 minutes. Anyone...

For the record I live in Broadbeach Waters on water 5 minutes to the beach by car.

10 minutes to the motorway and the rest is simple, everyone can give you their opinions but I would suggest...

It only takes half an hour to get a license and you need one anyway so maybe thats the best route.

I live on the Gold Coast and work in contruction in Brisbane. I leave for work at 4.45am and get to work in approximately an hour every day. Finish at 4.00pm and it takes approximately 1 hour 15...

Paula, there are carpenters jobs that come up and get filled all of the time, the building industry here is similar to the UK. You get your foot in the door with a company and prove how good you are...

As I remember we had to send our pasports with a pre-paid signed delivery envolope with it to Austrlia House. The actual visas are then stuck inside the passports. Everyone I know has done it this...

You only need a license if you are going to work for yourself directly for clients.

Working for a company all you need to be is good enough plus the blue card. The blue card is a 4 hour course...
