I'm not sure how much harm domestic well fed cats do - we are on acreage and kept our cat in with a run for the first year but then just couldn't cope with her mewing loudly all the time and...

I guess by national tests it means this report is only looking at Naplan results which only go to year 9 so not the best comparison for High Schools where Op scores are a better indicator. Sheldon...

In that case why not use BE to highlight one of those causes rather than a lost one - surely using rat poison on rats far worse than chasing a fox on horseback but I don't see anyone choosing to save...
