Re: Horse Riding - Melbourne

Hello. I don't really post here, but I think I can help with this one so thought I would come out of hiding!

Re: Is anyone else experiecing Quantas fraud?

I doubt that Qantas would even be aware of the precise terms and conditions of YOUR frequent flyer membership with American Airlines. After all, you're a member and even you don't know, so why on...

Re: Is anyone else experiecing Quantas fraud?

Qantas and American Airlines don’t credit points for flights done on the other, even though they are both one world airlines. Or rather, they do, but only if you fly on a ‘non discount’ economy...

Re: Advice from solicitors in Oz please!

Re: Advice from solicitors in Oz please!

Hi

I'm a solicitor at a big firm in Melbourne, I'm not from the UK but have done it the other way around (i.e. gone to the UK for a year from here) so I have some idea of the differences! We have...

Re: Sydney: Haagen Dazs help!

You definately don't get Ben & Jerrys. I did their factory tour thing when I was in the US last year and I asked if they had any Australian franchises, but not a one. :-(

Re: Lays crisps

I'm not sure where you are, but you can get Walkers at quite a few british stores here in Melbourne - there's one at around 200 Collins St that nearly always has them. The store is called A Taste of...

Re: Lays crisps

This is a random thing for me to pop out of lurking to answer :-) but I'm pretty sure that Smiths = Lays. I remember reading a few years ago they rebranded Smiths as Lays, and it was a miserable...
