I would say if you want work you will find it in Nova Scotia. We came through the CI route back in 2008 and work in completely different fields to what we did in the UK.

We used Britannia who used AMJ Campbell Van Lines from Toronto to Halifax then onto us. They were fine at both ends.

we had our meds on the 28th Jan 09. Passport requests were sent out on the 25th Feb 09 but didn't recieve them until 13th Mar due to them having to come back to Canada.

When we had our med requests we did not get the passport request to be sent 30 days after.

They sent the passport request when they had looked over the meds and approved them

Have just sent our passports off so we expect another 4/6 weeks before they return. At that point it will have taken us approx 10 months from submitting to the province to getting the PR.
