Hi
Has anyone used PSS, Robinsons or Britania to move their house contents over to Canada ? Any feedback from peoples good or bad experiences of using any of these firms in recent times would be appreciated! They are all coming in with very similar quotes so would be good to know.
Many thanks

We used PSS and were very impressed with their service especially as it was just me and daughter, OH was already out in Calgary at the time. The team were professional, considerate and I would have not any hesitation in recommending them.
No doubt others will have had issue with PSS and I am sure that you will get others recommending other shippers.
Good luck with whoever you decided to use.

We used robinsons inJanuary 09 and they were very professional. And the company they use in Canada were brilliant as well. And speaking to other people about time factor from leaving England to arriving at our house in Canada was good as well. And only thing damaged was one beach shell!!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

We used Robinsons - extremely professional, no problems 20 ft sole use container arrived exactly 5 weeks after we arrived in Canada.

Just a thought here. We are going to use a more local remover at this end who we have used before and really trust. They were easily able to quote as they have a major Canadian partner. The benefit for me is that we get local packers we know and trust, and also that the price was significantly better than some others. Remember, many companies use a different company anyway in the other country. At least this way I feel we can control the packing end a bit more. Having done moves to and from Canada a few times I have generally found the UK end more of a concern than the Canadian one! So, if you have a local mover you trust it might be worth asking them.

We used Britannia who used AMJ Campbell Van Lines from Toronto to Halifax then onto us. They were fine at both ends.
