Good luck! I came in originally on the L1-A and the interview wasn't at all taxing - although the wait at the Embassy was LONG!

I'm really sorry - I don't remember - it was for meetings, it was 3 years ago now. Lots of people go over in advance to check out housing etc as well.

I travelled with no problems at all - at least twice. My lawyer didn't tell me anything of the sort so it never occurred to me....but I guess the only sure fire way of something not being a problem...

I travelled to the US at least twice whilst my L1 was in progress on the VWP...wasn't a problem at all. Tbh - I don't think I (or they) even mentioned it

Not sure how long you have been on the E2 - just beware that for EB1C you need to have worked overseas for the employer for 1 of the previous 3 years...make sure you don't "age out" on this one.

I've used short term healthcare when I was between jobs...I got it from the link that I posted.

From memory it cost about $200 per month just for one person - BUT this had attached to it a $1000...

AFAIK - no issues with coming in on VWP - I seem to remember coming in on VWP while my L1 was being processed. Unless of course for some reason you're not eligible to use the VWP (CIMT or whatever)

I've come in twice now since this came into effect - PHL index fingers only, IAD all of them (at the same time on big scanner thingy). Still went through citizens line and neither took v long.
