Truck driving is work visa only - usually 3yrs and renewable if there is still a shortage.
Mechanic is PR - if you don't have high enough qualification can still get in on work experience.

Remember Police Reports are valid for 6mths and medicals only for 3mths. Also we found medicals cheaper in NZ.

Hi, we came via Singapore they flights were great.
We stopped in Singapore for 2 nights as we had 2 & 4yr olds at time. Wished we hadn't, didn't help the jet lag, has 2 nights with the 2yr old awake...

See how many points you have with the job offer it may be enough just to count work experience, thats what we did. Hubbys qualifications weren't high enough but he had 2o+yrs experience in family...

We used John Mason removals and yes they were fine, full door to door and sensible insurance cover.
We left our cocker spaniel with MIL (he was 14yrs with cancer so not fair to bring him)...

Sorry for delay...... yes TV's we bought 3 with us, the oldest works fine the other 2 newer ones don't work. Anything electical that has 50Hz on works here, didn't bring big white goods cos they were...

Inland Revenue help with payments called 'Working for Families Tax Credits' bit like UK tax credits based on income...
