Thanks Mike - unfortunately their rate is pretty $$$ for us. In the meantime have gone with Churchill and have put in a complaint to the Pru.

I realise it's OHS etc, but with hand trolleys and other lifting equipment I still think achieving under 25kg is difficult. It's not like they're hand lifting each box seperately onto the ship!

You could transfer out of your current bank into one of the Aussie banks in London and then transfer to your Aussie account here when set up...that's what we did anyway.
