Re: Worth a look...

Yes, you can get paid for referrals but I didn't publish a referral code. I just put up the web site so that others can benefit if they want to.

Re: Worth a look...

Re: England sucks??

Surely you could make anywhere a great place to live if you were rich enough. Perhaps that's why you moved to Perth - the only place cheap enough for you to feel comparatively wealthy!

Re: Perth / Brisbane ?

Is anyone really so stupid that they'd make a decsion between two completely different cities based on baises views of people who've only been to one of the places.

The OP is talking about moving...

Re: transferring money to Oz - not as easy as it sounds

I think you're confusing yourself with the 10k per day issue. It is usually just for internet banking and is there to offer some protection in case someone gets hold of your password.

Set up...

Re: Do I need Return Flights for an Oz Visitors Visa?

You only need an ETA but if you don't have a return ticket you should have evidence that you have the funds to purchase one.

Re: Escape the teenage yobs

I have no doubt that you've been asked this before but if you detest living in the UK so much why not go back to the place you think is Utopia.

Or does the higher salary make it worth putting your...

Re: Escape the teenage yobs

It's absolutely ridiculous to compare 'crime in uk' with 'crime in oz'. You can look at all the stats you want but if you happen to move to the wrong suburb its going to be way different to the...

Re: Where can I buy my Bisto/Walkers crsips/HP sauce/etc etc??

I'm just amazed that the idea of yorkshire pubs has never made it across with the migrants over the years. They don't even sell the trays here to make your own.

Re: Where can I buy my Bisto/Walkers crsips/HP sauce/etc etc??

Personally, I think...

If it's not sold in the major supermarkets then you'll be paying through the nose and may as well import it from the UK yourself.

Just accept that you might have to change the brand of tea bags...
