You can't move into them while they are being used as a display home. They are generally much more expensive than having one away from a display village. The gardens are usually very small.

AEI/NOOSR were the skills assessing body for teachers. I think they have been replaced with Teaching Australia.

You will need certified copies of all your documentation for the teacher...

Don't bother with buses etc coz they are all cr*p! You can use the tram which is great and the buses in the centre are good too but out in the suburbs, don't bother.
