Hi
we're thinking of using HIFX but this is kindof worrying. plus they've confused me as it is. When i spoke to their reps the first two/three times (i can be a bit slow sometimes so needed things extra clarified) i was lead to believe i could place a money order for a set financial amount and agree a rate and when (or if) the market hit that rate the transfer would be made. So a week later i rang back to go ahead with this and was told this wasn't possible as i didn't have enough money, I would have to just ring up on whatever date i wanted to transfer and accept what the rate of the day was. Has anyone experienced this?
