I hate to say it, but are you a decent MCSE that is actually interested in IT/Computers? The last thing the IT industry needs is another paper qualified "professional" that does not know the first...

We try to only eat organic, and we spend about 200$ per week for the 2 of us and our 14mth old.

We shop at Prahran market in Melbourne, there are several organic grocers and an excellent organic...
