856 visa from 457. .. are you tied down to a 3 year contract with employer?

Can anyone help?
Once 856 visa has been granted after 457 do you have to stay with that employer for 3 years?
Can they enforce a 3 year contract? What happens if you leave re visa?

I moved out a year ago from Dalgety Bay.
I am now in Queensland ... living in Hervey Bay ( its called "the Bay" too) which I thought was quite funny! .. Its lovely here.
I am coming back in May...

Yes .. I am planning on heading for Hervey Bay.
I am staying first with my daughter in Brisbane and her and I are going to Tassie for a week, then after that H.B. hopefully.
