Exactly,casual labour can work for both parties but there are major abuses of the long term casual worker on a large scale.

Yep you are right, bitterness is a wasted emotion and hopefully the powers that be realise that they need to value and manage employees better if they are to progress as a company.

Good luck on the job front, keep plugging away and eventually something will happen.It took me 4 months and 3 jobs before i settled into a job that ticked most boxes.
