If there is always a gap on "out patient" services, is it worthwhile just getting the hospital (no extras), this way saving on premiums yet not getting slugged with the extra Medicare Surcharge Levy?...

Clayfield college is Prep to Year 12, but the boys can only go Prep to Year 5, girls the whole way through. Its at least $10K per year for prep and goes up from there so quite pricey.
