Nope.

You can get the land registry document from the Land Registry website. Takes a few minutes and costs a few pounds. Print it and send it with your documents.

A copy of the passport would have been enough, but as you sent the actual passport instead, I wouldn't worry at all about that declaration. It's not needed.

Photos on regular paper is fine, assuming they are clear. Ensure you have a description under/on the back of each photo.

This email is only if they specifically request documents from you. You won't be able to send unsolicited emails with documents to them.
