Property Inspection Report
Hi,
We are applying for a UK Spouse Visa for our return to the UK. I have a house with mortgage. I have my mortgage statements and im talking with the provider to get the Land Registry document. Do I need to provide a property inspection report by a Chartered Surveyor? Living at the property will just be my partner and I.
Thanls

Nope.
You can get the land registry document from the Land Registry website. Takes a few minutes and costs a few pounds. Print it and send it with your documents.

I am just wondering under which circumstances one needs to submit a property inspection report? If lived a shared house?

Re: Property Inspection Report
A property inspection report aims to prove that the residence won't be overcrowded when your spouse joins you in the UK. If you're living in your own home and you and your spouse will be the own occupants, then there is no need for an inspection report.
Also, if you are living with your immediate family, there is also no need for an inspection report. However, for this situation, I would still look to provide one to cover all bases.
