Only one company told me not to take the TV unless we where using it for games because they wouldn't work. THey also told us to check the fridge and freezes out because they might not be powerful...

We are in 'talks' with an accountant who sspecializes in UK/Oz tax iimplications and this is an area that he has highlighted- yes you will be taxed. There is away around it to minimize your tax bill...

I took my bike on Emirates in August, as part of my baggage allowance. They were very insistent about that! It was very interesting negotiating the queues with bikes, 3 bags, 2 kids and no husband!
