Thanks Brat1 that link is helpful I hadn't come accross it yet, but my concern is the content of the letter being to brief as this is permenant thing not just a holiday.

We have found Peterborough a nice place to be we are a family of four two boys 7 and 5years. Been here since march. We seem to be settling ok.
Not sure about electrical jobs though.

We brought our camping stuff over including 4 tents of various sizes. We had gardening equipment listed but didn't bring it in the end. Our things where not fumigated.
Maybe we where lucky.
