If you're on the register then you can apply for a job as the employer can check with the QNC. This means that the paper licence is a bonus but not essential.

I have absolutely no idea what the equivalent is but congratulations for passing your NCLEX. Go to the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) website and have a look/email them to see what they say....

Best time to apply is before April 1st and after june 30th as this is the busiest time due to renewals. Get it asap as then you can renew online for when you get your visa and it's much less hassle....

Honestly it does get hot with the average 28-30C and humid. However you do adapt really easily and there is air con :D . There are plenty of pools and the strand has a rock pool and water park all...
