You can scan and upload your own documents or have them scanned and uploaded at the appointment. I still am not sure if ALL the centres do that (or if you have to pay fir that) but the appointment...

Interesting that just after midnight, Gov.uk emails came flooding in giving the new links to SET application forms. The paper form has gone and there are no guidance forms. So still not sure about...

It doesn’t mention ILR either but the term 'settlement' visa I believe covers both FLR(M) and ILR. I guess we will see tomorrow or on the 5th when the UKVI visa application sites should explain...

Yes, those figures are given as an example and are for Tier 2 General. It does give us an idea of the scale of fees for the different levels of service.

Neither me and mine was never linked to a U.K. address. Statements etc were posted to me in the Bahamas. We always submitted annual tax returns to HMRC and had the same address of course.
