Since I have my business running back at my home country, I intend to fully use our 450 days absence and want to plan ahead carefully in order not to affect the FLR or ILR application.

There’s no such limit for FLR and ILR for spouse visa holders. You just need to spend the majority of your time in the UK. Absences of more than 90 days a year in the last three years before application can affect your ability to naturalise as a British citizen.
