My OH wants to go back to UK (only visiting) in the summer. I am sooooo not looking forward to that. I can just see the rain the minute we land. Might even cry when we leave Calgary with +30 degrees...

we came over in March and brought 18 months old beagle with us. Came from Heathrow to Calgary with Air Canada. It cost us around £170 plus his passport, jabs and the fit to fly letter (£40)....

I would say the same, this area is expensive.

Okotoks might be slightly cheaper and probably more to choose from.

Also there is more schools as its so much bigger.
