Thanks for your reply, It's quite confusing because in order for her to complete the form she needs to say whether she's a LPR or USC, she's neither and she has no SSN so she falls between the gaps....

Not that I know of but I saw that Florida was a hotspot for such things and our house insurance won't cover us of it so I am presuming it must be an issue in the entire State.

You could have your mail forwarded to a ups box or change the addresss on the mail you will have remaining to a ups box as I know they will forward your mail on to you internationally.
