"The Bull" - the UK forum's very own, very British, pub
I don't know why the UK forum has never had its own pub - such a British institution after all, and one thing a lot of us miss very much. Most of the other chat forums have them, so let's see if one will work in here!
Having taken the name from The Archers (of course, how very British!) The Bull will sell coffee and tea as well as the usual beverages, and also has two computers and free wifi for those of us addicted to the net so we can post while drinking - just please no spillages
A large range of guest beers will be on offer, and if we don't have what you want, we will try and get it! Just keep the atmosphere good and remember, its a traditional pub, so keep the tv and football cheers out in the Public bar with the pool table, and leave the Lounge bar for those wanting a peaceful pint or two.
Now, first round is on BE so I'll send the bill to Sue (that'll be a nice surprise for her) so who fancies what? I'm up for a pint of Aspall's Cider and some Walkers Salt n Vinegar crisps

OOH yes please, I was just thinking it's time for a drink
I'll have a Bailey on the rocks and a bag of dry roasted peanuts please. Actually I might order a meal...is there a menu?
Cheers

For sure, coming up, that new pear one is in stock too, but I can't do pear cider, its just wrong, I need the apple stuff
Your wish is our command
The chef claims to be able to cook all British and Irish meals, just hammer on the kitchen door in the corner there and get him to put his wine glass down to take your order

I'll have some pork scratchings, worcestershire sauce crisps and a pint of Old Thumper. I'll have a look at the menu when it's finished too, I'm famished.

Lifesaving invention
For those of you not familiar with BE pubs, if the barperson has fallen over or gone to bed, feel free to serve yourselves (and your friends) , just leave the money in the jar by the till
