I guess the real point is: not everybody does their financial homework and realises what the money situation will be in NZ.

Biddy, I'm just a nobody who never met you before, the UK housing mkt is going shitshape in front of my eyes so my advice to a friend would be to agree a price NOW and get OUT. About ten percent off...

I would say that if Tesco ranks ten out of ten, then New World ranks about six, Pak 'n Save about five.

More like your local Somerfield than a real hypermkt.

We timed Warkworth to central AKL a few times and it was usually just an hour.

There's a new motorway extension due anytime soon which will shave a few minutes off.
