Ooh yes just remembered - if you are going for a house that is on display, photograph everything inside, then when it comes to choosing tiles etc you can refer to the photos to see what needs to be...

We are in Pommie land - in Butler, a brand new area North of Perth, recently moved from Kinross (another Pommie land). Don't get me wrong - there are a lot of Poms but a lot of 'native Aussies' too....

We originally came over with the intention of living on the Sunshine Coast - we flew directly to Brisbane and loved it. Then flew over to Perth for a reccie and stayed! There are good and bad points...

We stayed there when we arrived in July 2003. I wouldn't recommend it. Apart from the fact there were only about 4 other people staying there (it was Winter time I accept) they put us in the back row...

We flew back on Sunday with Malayisa, after a 4 week break in the UK. Can't fault them - all seats had been allocated before check in. We were together with our preferred window seats on both flights...

That's exactly what we did - other half is a chef - obviously if we wanted to get the TRA anytime before next millenium I had to do the typing - but I now know all about running a kitchen.

They were fine with us faxing copies. I don't recall sending certified copies of passports, just copies of bills with our names and addresses on.

We opened one - we applied on line and then had to get the mountains of paperwork signed and certified by JP etc. Then by the time we sent them off we had changed address so had to send more...
