Re: I have lost my UK passport - OK to enter UK on US passport?

The longer I spend in the US, the more my British friends and family think I sound American (whereas the Americans think I still sound British), so I wonder what kind of looks I would get at...

Re: Naturalize or remain GC Holder for moving back to UK

I had the same dilemma as you. I had been a green card holder for many years and had no real need to become a citizen - until I began to explore work opportunities in the Caribbean. I didn't want to...

Re: Good US virtual mailbox

This isn't an answer to your question, but along similar lines. If you want to keep your US phone number, you can do that with Google Voice. It's $20 to port your number over from your provider to...

Just a little background.

I submitted just the biometrics page of my US passport when I renewed my UK passport. No problems, fast turnaround.

Re: Taxes

Not sure about St. Lucia, but Barbados has a "Remote-Working" visa that allows you to remain in Barbados for up to one year. The cost is US$3000 for a family or US$2000 for just one person. You...

Re: Since We Won't be Traveling to the UK this Summer

What? I've not lived in the UK for quite some years, but if we've stooped to having peas with a fry-up, I guess I'll be staying away for longer.

Mince Pies

Has anyone seen mince pies in any of the big supermarkets or national chains?

I have a party coming up on Sunday, and of course I left it to the last minute!

Re: L1 Visa - Step off the plane, now what?
