at least once a year but depending on use reccomendation is twice a year. Having them serviced makes them more efficent and cuts down on major componets breaking down.

Sounds like it needs a proper service using the right chemicals to clean it, there is also something called smelly jelly which can be put inside the unit which gives off a lovely lemon smell.

he had been doing refrigeration and aircon in uk for 30 years and that is what he is doing here. Very hard work for him especially in the heat. But he is such a grafter.
