Default Refrigerant licence

Can anyone tell me how to go about getting a licence to buy refrigerant for aircon and fridges. I have the gas handling certificate and all qualifications that i obtained in uk. Now running out of refigerant i brought over with me. Any help would be so appreciated. Also would be a great help with places to buy from once i have the licence.
