I think the 65 months for step 2 approval does include the 49 months from step 1, because it is 65 months from the date you submitted your original application, not from the date they transferred...

He's putting the same noc as in the job offer . But his work experiance (required too) is under a different noc

Thank you for your reply, of course it's about skilled worker and I can't seem to find an answer in cic website all it says is that you need a one year experience but does not mention that this job...

ok here is the situation, a friend of mine got a job offer (approved) for a job with an NOC number, his work experience is under a different NOC, (related though) and his education and training...

as far as I know BC nomination certificate holders can apply work permit without the need for LMO, in this sense it would be pointless to apply for both LMO and PNP.

I don't think the 2500mm is true its more like half that amount, however most of the rain comes in Autumn/Winter months, all of july this year I don't think we got more than couple of rainy days,...

it worked with me last year, I swapped it in Quebec, they asked for COPR and passport (I don't remember them asking for a proof of address though), after about a month I moved to BC, they swapped it...

or you can get it converted (without a test) in another province , then convert that one to a BC one (without test again), but you have to actually reside in that province even for a week or so and...

you will not get a child benefit in the UK if your on a work permit no matter what, but in Canada you will get it once your on a work or study permit for at least 18 months.
