Yeah I do "cycles" basically. Just ended a 5 month cutting cycle where I dropped from 90kg to 79kg and now I will be on a bulk cycle till June. So happy I don't have to do any more cardio :rofl:

OK fair enough. What you do works for you and I'm genuinely glad you have achieved good results with it. However weight loss is a very simple process that doesn't need to be complicated whatsoever....

If you don't want to lose any muscle mass then you don't do a full body workout in a gym session :rofl:

Secondly you limit your caloric deficit to 500 and make sure your protein intake is adequate...

Yeah I came across a few KDHA reports for 2009-10. Kinda pointless to be honest as most of their teaching evaluation is based on arabic studies and islamic studies as you mentioned. God knows what...
